I am a non smoker

I've begun building new gardens. BIG gardens. One thing I have noticed is my worst time each day is from about 10am till about 2pm. The rest of the time I feel positive and have no cravings etc. Yet for some reason from about 10am I begin thinking about smoking and/or making excuses to myself about why it would be OK to just have one smoke. This gets pretty extreme and hard to ignore but as long as I keep busy until 2pm, it all just dissipates and there is nothing, not one more thought about a cigarette, until 10am the next morning. I guess I have it pretty easy so I'm going to make the most of it.
