I’m on day 255 and feeling fine so far so good I guess when I’m stressed I did think about how I use to just have a smoke and chill out but now that doesn’t seem to go through my head. Breathing is clearer running around with the kids is easier my partner still smoke but he will quit when he’s ready you can take the horse to water but you can’t make it drink. Every day is a new day and a new struggle but I won’t be a slave to something that want to kill me. Good luck to everyone else on this journey ☺️

Wow. Well done. I find being around smokers really hard and know I just have to get over it. My partner seems to insist on leaving them around. Maybe sabotage but at the end of the days, I have to learn to resist them.

It's great you are up to 255 days. You would have saved lots of money and regained your health. I have noticed my skin is alot better and breathing better too. You look young. I wish I had stopped in my 20's. 30's , even 40's. I knew turning 50 had to be the end. !!

It doesn’t bother me anymore I really just had to train my brain I guess to know that they are not good they aren’t a reward ect. I’m only 22 after I had my son I knew it was time to stop especially since I have lost so much family to all different types of cancer I needed to lower my risks as best I could

And thank you 😊

Good work Gemma, it's awful for me to think that i have wasted all of my life being a smoker. Smoking doesn't make stress or anything else better, smoking makes everything worse.

It is surely not a problem fixer I’m glad I’m getting rid of this problem now instead of later on when it may have been harder
