make it to the 4 week mark

4 weeks without smoke yesterday. Benefit that I really felt, toes, feet, fingers and skin feels so sensitive; air tasted sweet; gums start to look pinkish rather than grayish; sleep improves now; feel more energetic now(probably due to lungs functioned better and have more oxygen intake). Difficulties that still facing, although the cravings have gone but there is still strong sense of wanting to have a smoke, it does not come that often but seems the urging last longer and longer each time it comes; often comes to a sense of lost, do not know what I was doing; some time feels very strange, like no beginning and no endings; feels that have too much free time that do not know what to do; still get cranky sometime for no reasons; put on 2 kilos.
solutions for overcome the problems. 1. remain focused on the objective that I am taking over the control of my life, no giving up anything or quitting on anything. 2. cut lot of fruit and vegetable batons to mulch on. 3. having a new pet to play with on the spare time, and experience new things without smoke.
Next goal, 3 moth no smoke.
