Breath and exhale those cravings

I breath deep and fast, in an out one after the other, non stop for about 5 minutes. When I am done the craving have gone away.

Hi Kesaree, that's great if it works for you and stops the craving. I'm just thinking though, for anyone trying this to be careful, as I know this would cause me to become dizzy and hyperventilate and so may be likely to do the same to some others. This is what happens to my breathing when I have a panic attack and it causes hyperventilation. To try to stop this reaction I breath in and out slowly - in for 4 counts out for 4 slowly or I count backwards from 100. Got me thinking that my slow counting may work for cravings too - I will try it. Thanks, Good luck - keep breathing - feeling free and fresh!
