Slow deep breathing

It's been 5 months since my last cigarette. I sometimes still have a little urge for a smoke, but its minor and I know it will go away quickly. Something that helps me at these moments is two or three slow deep breaths in and out. As my chest is now much clearer (still coughing up bits of crap though), this deep breathing reminds me of my progress - what I am gaining - and take my mind away from smoking desires.
