I have made it to here a month ago I had a puff .l was out drinking excepted the smoke took a puff gave it back and said I don't smoke ... Only now when I smell smoke it is smelling awful to me.Cravings are less maybe 1 every other day . Still trying too stay quit.

Sounds like a minor slip up. But you are doing great. 201 days is fantastic. I decided to stay away from pubs and going out too much because the smell of smoke can trigger craving especially if having a drink.

Keep up the great work. Your health must have improved heaps.

One puff, one little mistake is not going to matter. You've made it this far, keep up the good work. I try my best to stay away from alcohol, however did have 1 glass of wine at the pub last week, even sat with the smokers but didn't have one or want one. I did feel agitated and uncomfortable coz I wasn't doing what I normally do but then got over it & felt kinda sorry for them. I didn't miss out on anything. I was able to eat some yummy food instead which I don't normally do, I spend my money on drinks & smokes instead - a nice change! keep up the good work.
