Never a puff again: the more days you are clean, the more you become strong

Today marks exactly three months (but actually 93 days) since I am smoke free and began the new exciting journey. True: it was not easy if it were not for the support I got from my family, my children, my friends people I met here. Thank you all. I have never slipped up and I feel as if I am reborn. There were so many triggers and situations I was about to smoke and my strength was I repeat inside myself that I don't want to be that old Brook any more and I hate cigarette because it will eventually cost me everything. So why should I lose the battle with this cruel enemy in a friendly mask?
I total agree, I am just over 4 months smoke free and have not spent nearly $5000 on smokes. It has been hard but I do not want to be a smoker...good luck we can do it...smoking yuk

Yes we can do it. Thank you for your encouraging words. You are one month my senior.
