100 days

All I can say is thank you to Centrelink for me not have any money coming in. Which got me started on quitting smoking but I have continued the process. I have now reached over 100 days smoke free and I am helping my cousin through the process. We are both doing this through cold turkey. I never thought I would make it this far as I have been smoking for over 40 years but I breaking the habit which has been apart of my life for so long.
