Well I celebrate my 66 day smoke free. Today I needed too chew nicotine gum cause cravings have been regular last few days. I have been trying to stop using patches.ohh please Mr nicotine LEAVE ME ALONE !!! I have been a smoker for 35years.Kicking this habit is hard work BUT the best thing I ever have done for myself....I feel great and breath better then ever in my life.....I will continue too battle with my brain for as long as it takes. Some days are better then other's today is a difficult 1. Thanks I can quit I am able to vent.....mmm

It's a wretched habit that just keeps trying to get you to return to it. Once you have said no a number of times, it loses its power over you. I think the psychological cravings were harder than the nicotine cravings. It might be that your cravings are really just the devil in your mind trying to trick you into coming back. Don't do it!

I think your right that's exactly what I was thinking... I'm not giving into the PUFF....I hate smoking I want too control this not allow it too control me ever again.... I gunna trick my brain. Thanks for your support
