Hi everyone, i just wanna say it out loud that i havent touch the cigeratte since 23 days.

It is infact not that hard as we think. To be honest,I still get craving. But this time i can divert my craving by engaging myself in different activities.

The quit buddy app really helps a lot and it updates me everyday benefit of not smoking. And whenever i get craving i remember the benefits that i have earned of not smoking and promise myself that i am not going to lose what i have now earned.

I think we can definately succeed in quitting if we trick our mind in times of craving and educate ourselves the benefit of not smoking that nasty thing.

Strange isn't it, that it is so hard to decide to quit - so much fear - but once that hurdle is stepped over, then the rest is actually plain sailing.

Delay, do something else, drink water
