Hanging in there

Hi guys , Today is day 7 smoke free I have to say it's been the hardest fight of my life but I'm pushing thru and taking each day as it comes , I just wanted to ask how long before I feel any benefits from being smoke free , at the moment I feel terrible no energy really lethargic skin breakouts , just wanted to ask if this is normal , I'm also sleeping like a baby which is great 😊

Thank you Red-67 I really needed to hear that it's normal , I've usually tons of energy always running around doing things but I feel like I've been hit by a truck zero energy no interest in anything I suppose this is all part of the process , I can't believe I've got this far without so much as a puff the mind games are the hardest part but I'm learning to dismiss them , walking seems to help I just feel as though I'm in a fog like a weird sense of I don't really know what's going on 😂, I cannot wait to get to the stage your Red you should be mega proud 😊

Hi Emmalou. The benefits are already taking place as the toxins are leaving your body in droves and within a few days you will be nicotine and toxin free. The cravings are just your body and mind telling you to top up with the poisons as up to now they think you need it. You don’t of course and you have taken a giant step to rid yourself of these poisons. Now what is required is the total commitment to see through the next stage which is getting your body and mind to learn that actually they don’t need these poisons. Try not to dwell on the cravings and eventually they become just thoughts which will be under your control. Side effects are inevitable but don’t last. Your freedom from cigarettes rest solely with your determination to win and we can support you on your journey. Good luck.

Hey guys doing well day 17 and the craving monster is dying I'm so happy I listened to you guys and stuck with it I'm so very grateful I'm determined never to go back and I feel so relaxed I'm so schocked I'm not irritable 😃
