First week is the biggest hurdle

Well this is the first week that I am smoke free in nearly 20 years. I am 36 and have smoked for half my life.
I am now day 5 of no smoking, I am on Champix, started the 1mg dose this morning. Felt a bit weird in the first two hours but as I did all my research, I knew I had to eat before taking the pill. I am fine now.
I have the odd craving here and there but use that time to clean my house ;). Every craving that surfaces, I get out my to-do-list and work through it with distractions to ensure I dont smoke.
This is the best decision I have ever made. I started to work out yesterday, I am not healthy at all. So this journey will be one that will be the toughest I have ever done!
To those that are wanting to quit, do it. Set your mind to the goal and ensure that your not letting the cravings get the better of you.
Cant believe its been nearly a week! So happy with this journey so far!
