I'm female, 36, smoked 15+ ciggies a day. I am on day 14. I take 1 to 2, 4gm Nicorette lozenges a day when I need it most. I have been eating very healthy, no processed foods, lots of water/herbal tea, deep breaths/ stretching. When I feel the urge I think how I no longer spend $$ to stink, have yellow teeth and create health issues for myself. The cravings are lower than breaking the habit, that's why I chose to swop bad with good habits. The lozenges work and I will stop using them after 3-6months, I'm planning to take them with me when I'm out in social occasions to be safe. I no longer want to invest my life and money on a chemical cancer stick again!
