Face it like me when I smoked I did not stay fit at all..easy to be a smoker and be lazy...also had gained weight smoking. Now 2 days short of 3 weeks...still very focused...no sweets lots of water and just like my 1st quit day lots of exercise...still down 11 lbs from 19 days ago will need to step it up next week to lose that last 9 lbs...but since focus has been on getting healthy and exercising and have not had the cravings which is great...also my body flushed out the toxins and nicotine very fast....well congrats to all who are quitting lets all stay quit and enjoy being smoke free...hope this can help someone..and thanks to all for your stories they have all helped me!!!!

Hi Stevep. You were born without a cigarette in your mouth... Hope you enjoy the road to recovery and recovering who you are. As you place less need to waste time smoking, enjoy the connection you get from being with workmates and friends without the need for a "third person" i.e. a cigarette. Keep posting and venting...
