Focus on physical fitness

I quit 17 days ago...I immediately forcused on physical fitness...I am 62 years young ..today was a 1 mile run followed by 5 mile bike ride...since I have quit I can do more much more than when I started 17 days ago...I was worried about gaining weight...I have lost 11 lbs...lots of water...no sweets..no bread...healthy eating and remember N1P never 1 puff...never want to relapse again!!

hi Stevep. Yes, we never want to relapse. Can you help me work out how to lose 12kg??? After 25 months there is a new problem... Hmmm...Even though there has been a considerable weight gain, the bank balance gain is all worth it. At this rate, having saved over $16 000 I reckon I can afford a personal trainer who can be paid to exercise for me. Is that how it works... Probably not but it is a good idea nevertheless...
