Hi Sandydee. So good to see another determined success story. The best reward is intrinsic. The sheer joy of knowing we have abstained. Being able to enthuse others is a bonus. But we take it one day at a time and enjoy the ride. Always on guard and never taking anything for granted.

so fantastic to read this sandy! i am 2 days so far and looking forward to the one year mark...well, actually the one week mark will be good, because that will show that i can keep moving forward. Walking it awau seems like a v good idea, even in the winter!
