100 Smoke Free Days for Mike1972 and Kim26

My quit buddy Mike1972 and I have reached our first 100 days smoke free!!!
Firstly, I'd like to congratulate you Mike on reaching such a huge milestone!!! It's been quite a ride but we've had each other's backs all the way through. I believe that I can speak for Mike who like myself, still have the odd craving but we are both determined not to give in. We both strongly agree with Not One Puff Ever NOPE and we choose not to smoke.
Of course it gets easier with time but there are also long time habits that we still need to deal with. I want so much for people who are new to know that it can be done, yes it takes worse but with time, it's not like you're fighting cravings all day long and sometimes can go for awhile without any. You just need to believe in yourself that it can be done.
Thank you so much for Mike for all your support and kindness. I feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful buddy!!
It is such a great idea to team up with others for support. I know that has helped me immensely.
Yay us, 100 days is such a fantastic feeling. Quitting is so worth it and I've read a few posts sadly where people have been quit for so many, had one cig and now they are starting all over again.
Please know that I'm not judging anyone that has submitted to that cig that lead them back to full time smoking again! It just reinforces the fact that for so many people, it only takes that one cig to be starting all over again and I appreciate everyone's honesty because it's a great reminder to myself.

Hi Kim! Thats great that you have made 100 days! Congratulations and keep up the awesome effort!

Hi Kim and quit buddy Mike72. So good to hear you encouraged each other along the way. 3 digits. Way to go. Take one day at a time. Relax and enjoy each new smoke free day.

Thanks Kim,
Happy 100 days, sorry I'm a couple days late here. I'm still staying strong. Unfortunately a guy from work that was 10 days ahead of me fell off the wagon and started smoking again. I'm still good though. Thank you too Kim and your thoughtful words mean allot. Let's keep going and hang in there and be strong, and as you already know get ahold of me as we normally do. Take care everyone and stay smoke free.

Oh thats so sweet Wendy thank you. Yes its a great feeling and now at over 4 months yippee
