Call it what you will. Not a bad pay rise over 2 years. Bumpy road and surprises along the way but I wouldn't have it any other way. Cravings always posed a challenge but nothing I could not deflect. The best deterrent was the encouragement and comoraderie I had on this site oh so long ago. Cannot imagine having lasted this long without the support and encouragement of those who were here oh so long ago. Hope newbies hook up with such amazing people as those I "travelled" with on the site.
Hi Lia, yes you are so right there are some very inspirational people on this site and their expressed experience has always been a leg up for me and also your determination that made me glad that it is possible to go long term without smoking. However, anyone starting out must understand that it rests with him/her as to the patten of success. As they say " you can take a horse to the water, but cannot make it drink". Also, yes the money we save is phenominal.Cheers.
