drink tons of water and keep telling yourself you can do it next month will be the big 12 months smoke free yes its hard when I'm stressed out the first thing I want is a smoke so I really try to deep slow breathe and calm myself down my family are so proud that I'm not smoking as am I but I'm staying strong to beat the addiction as thats what I am an addict hope everyone else is doing well too

Hi Willson,

Wow almost a huge milestone coming up. Stress is such a common trigger but we just have to learn new ways of dealing with it.
