Smelling fresh
Hey everyone hope you are staying strong I am 694 days free wow never thought I would get there but I have and you can do it too . Believe me there are days I could pick one up but I just think of the disappointment my son would have and know its not worth it and then my lungs would start choking not worth it I'm free don't want to be trapped again stay strong and proud :)

Thank you so much for posting what you have. It really helps to know that sometimes it's actually quite normal after all this time to still feel like one now and then but that we have to keep choosing not to smoke. I'm only 2 months in and have those feelings very occasionally now but as you said, the disappointment in having one would be awful.
I always appreciate very long term quitters stories because I know, they definitely help me.
