21 days .... I have slipped up once, a week ago, it tasted so awful (being on the champix) that I had to go brush my teeth... champix are great for me some days I battle naseau but I don't care about that it's worth it! The slip up annoyed me but I have to just learn from it, it tasted awful and I got no hit was pointless! The cravings are still there but by no means like previous attempts when I tried NRT. They normally hit in the evening when I did most of my smoking, I just busy myself with other things and go to bed earlier helps.

1 slip up is fine, this may sound dumb but try 2 crackers with peanut butter for the upset tummy. I know it sounds dumb but it fixed mine every time. Plus the DREAMS are so worth it. :) Come on I'll see you at the 1 year mark.

Hi Chelle and congratulations for being 21 days smoke free. I would have loved to use Champix but it's not an option for me. I chose NRT and it's worked for me and I'm now going down the slide to reducing.

I'm so happy you got back up n dusted yourself off.

Hi jo, a couple of weeks ago, I was having cravings, and as I'm on champix, I knew it would be yuk. So.. I had one of my friends cigs and made myself smoke it all. Cured my cravings. I will stay on it for the full time this go. After 50 days the nausea has almost gone and I feel confident that 1 a day will be enough in a couple of weeks. My dad stretched his out like this and he has been quit for years.
