- yes we all can
yes we all can

I am a 23 year old engineer and i belong to India.
I have been smoking for the last 6 years and no power on earth could keep me away from it.
But after so many years i encountered chest problem, cough was accumulating in my lungs and i found it difficult to breathe.
All started when I cleared Indian army officers examination and got a call for the 5 day Interview.
I was very optimistic about myself which somehow let me down and i got thrown away the 1 day.
I was very disheartened and i left for my home.
On the way to my home which was a 26 hour journey from there, i smoked around 34 cigarette and while smoking the last one I thought what am I doing with my life, i have become a looser who knows only one thing just smoking. I remembered the faces of my parents and thought what would the think of me when they will come to know about this, they are having high hopes from me and i am fooling them and smoking around like a filthy piece of waste.
That very moment i decided that i will quit smoking not because of my health and all but due to my parents, because of that trust they have in me.
I don't want to smoke in my entire life again and i am bear to take all the withdrawal symptoms because if i am comfortable in doing the bad thing then why to shy away from doing the good thing.

Guys do it for your family your loved ones.
Quit smoking and see the change in you.
Because if I can then you all can.

You can not quit for other people, health reasons or money, because believe me after a while you will feel comfortable again with the thought of smoking and be back to smoking in no time.
You have to understand that smokimg does not give you anything, that there is not a single benefit from doing it and tons of benefits of not doing it.
I recommend you Alan Carr's book "The easy way to quit smoking".
I am 10 months smoke free thanks to that book.
