Year one
Hi all, it has been a while since I last posted, on Wednesday I reach my one year anniversary without a cigarette, smoke free.
I truly believe without this site I would never have made it, for all those that have helped me during the last 12 months and believed in me when I had doubts thank you so much.
To those of you who are on the journey to a smoke free life, use this site and have faith in your own strength, you can do this good luck
