Hi everyone.

I haven't been here for awhile. I hope you are all keeping on track. I believe in you, and I know you believe in me because you helped me so, so much.

I want to share with you some information: since I'm smoke free I enjoy travelling (I can afford it), I go shopping (I have enough money to buy myself things I like and to buy presents for my friends) and I also manage to put extra money aside. Now I mentioning only material things. That is not the only positive thing of being smoke-free. I feel free because I m not controlled by my previous addiction. I feel 'clean' and healthy.

I hope that every smoker who wants to break free will find strength to quit and experience all those benefits mentioned above.

Keep on track!!! :)

Lovely to be reminded of all the benefits. It is the freedom I most enjoy. I felt like I was in prison. Now, 17 months down the track, I have forgotten that prison and it is well to be reminded of how awful it was.
