8 months yay
Who would have thought after so many try's I would succeed at quitting 8 months now and wow I had lots of things happen that should have broke my quit but I kept going each day never giving in to the nico demon I never posted much but read each night the successes of everyone on here heard there struggles and pain and seen them pull through its these people I thank for helping me stay quit congrats to you all and thank you thank you thank you
Hi Sandydee, you no doubt may have read some of my posts. Although i do not know you it is people like you that have the mentality and likelihood to achieve the goals.I am little behind you but do hope that we may still relate in the future. Good Luck. Cheers.

Hi Sandydee. Congratulations on reaching this milestone. Let's face it, every day we manage smoke free is a milestone. Trust you have armed yourself with whatever helps to ignore the cravings. This is a good place to visit as the numbers get bigger and you start pinching yourself to make sure it is real.
