Hi Caz, good idea! I only managed to stop by doing a lot of sports... It somehow had two good effects. It made me thinking less of smoking but also as I felt somehow better in my body it helped me to understand the bad effect of smoking... You can do this... But take one step after the others... ! One day after the other..
