Today is day 2 cigarette free, have had lots of cravings but that is to be expected as I have fired up them nicotine recepectors again, by picking up a cigarette and relapsing into smoking again, this will pass ,all I have to do is one day at a time and no matter what never ever pick up a toxic, poisonous and destructive cigarette.

Hey Lizzie. A thousand well done's. You are so right to take it one day at a time. That's really the only way to stay quit. You are very brave and have done exactly the right thing by staying with us. We will all support you and hopefully give you the strength th beat this s****y addiction.

So right Dobbin, this is a s****y addiction, day 3 today very cranky😠 also having trouble getting my patches to stick, due to heat in Q.L.D, bugger not giving up this will pass 😎

Miss Lizzy......try the 4mg nrt lozenges breaking in quarters. They work for me when i am tempted. A full lozenge creates hiccups though. Good Luck.
