How good is this!! Forgot to post at 110 days . Anyway I am going along pretty well , 2016 has been the worse year . Relationship breakdown , hospitalization , just lost my job!! Lord what a mess but somehow I keep going without smoking. Some days i could easily have one .....

Hi Lizzie 1. No, it is not particularly good. OK, relationship breakdown, health worry, job loss! What an excellent excuse to light up. So glad you have decided what is, simply is and that no amount of Carbon Monoxide can alter or improve the situation. instead, you can take charge and do what is more productive. Hope Santa is kind to you. Do come back and "scream" and "yell" as required.
