Hi Guys hope everyone are travelling well I am 522days still going put on weight which doesn't want to leave but I can laugh without coughing I don't smell like an ashtray and I am not ruled by the dreaded ciggies hooray Stay Strong and all the best Have a merry Christmas :)

Hi Papa1. Good to hear from you. As such one who quit close to when I did, it is a worry when we don't hear from our quit buddies. Glad you are still going strong.
