90 days

This site has been a big lighthouse for me, reading all these stories and milestones reached, I thought I am the most addicted person, but I guess I am not alone, it is so encouraging. I have and often come here after feeling down - still after 90 days!!!
Thank you all for encouraging me even if you don't know...

Hi Marcus
You are on the way to success. Do not discount the power of posting your thoughts about where you are at or other revelations. Also, the more you encourage others the more mates you might take on the journey with you. Make yourself known. Enjoy the ride.

I have exhausted my total supply of cigarettes so tomorrow I start 0 per day, I have patches & lozenges so hope all goes well. I am so nervous about doing this but I have a family who hate smokers, I am so fed up of having to sneak off for a smoke, family getogethers are nightmare & holidays are horrific, wish me luck.

First Day today I am very new at this, have smoked on and off for at least 10 years.. I am feeling very breathless, I regularly excercise so the guilt of that and the money they now cost, is my inspiration... I have purchased Nicorette Quickmist. Find it great for cravings, but it just about blows your head off when you first take it.. I get indigestion after is this normal??

Hi Jennybu, best of luck, know the feeling, just think about how good we are going to feel!!

Just extinguished my last cigarette! I really want to quit...so fed up....so many attempts. This is the first time I am looking 'outside' for help.

Well done. Stay strong. So easy to fall back in that trap, but so not worth it. Not worth the money, stigma, health problems and the crap you put on yourself. You are now inspiring others.
