First thank to all for their support.

I am now 30 days smoke free.

In the last 3 weeks I was not going well with the patches and spray BUT after changing to a different brand of patch I found they are now working properly so now the cravings have got less and I also have not needed to use the spray.

Just a simple change of patch brand made a lot of difference.

Go Gimmo .The first 40 days are hard but as I was told by a guy at work who has been off the darts for over a year. You just have to suck it up and by Day 50 you are doing cartwheels caus you are soooo proud that you have chomped through the hard yards. Keep strong I found you just got to go to bed early and if you wake early do some gentle exercise outdoors makes you fee like you have joined the land of the living. Keep strong Very proud of you

Hi Gimmo, I had the same experience. I changed brand at day 28. The new patches work very well for me and I'm now at day 50. It just shows we are all different and have different needs but our goal of quitting is the same

Good luck :o)
