Day 37 From arghhh to ahaaaa

Still going strong. Thanks to everyone who commented on my last post. The to do list for everything from the most menial to the main things to be done kept me on track and on target . I got heaps done using this method and I just keep adding to the list when I think of things. Also finally donned the walking shoes and finding I go from arghhh to ahaaaaa, I'm not power walking but the walk is certainly providing me with mental power as I rearrange my thoughts.Sometimes the walk is long, over 30 mins and sometimes short just to moooooove and have that feeling of progression and moving forward. I smiled to myself the other day when I was walking and I thought for all the trials and tribulations of this journey this is a super positive thing to do. I was quite chuffed that I had moved through another day successfully and that left me with a big smile. Keep strong everyone. X
