121 days. am soooo proud of my self. Off on my cruise next week. up QLD coast on p&o for 7 days. then back to have my new teeth done. I ruined these and always said if I gave up smoking I would fix my teeth. but sadly left it to long and am having all top out and new pretty ones put in. I was woundering my dog has a cough would it be from me smoking around her all her life. does it affect pets? She is 8 years old and mini foxy. always on my lap. anyway good luck to everyone hope you all succeed. I dont even get cravings anymore. Life is great.
Congratulations Deb I am 119 days today so only just behind you, give mea wave when you go past Gladstone on your cruise, hope you really enjoy yourself you really deserve the wonderful treat. I still get the occasional cravings but have a lot of people around me who smoke, so I blame it on them lol. In relation to your dog, often a cough is an early indication of a heart problem, so it may be worth getting her checked.
oh wow I will take her to the vet. Thankyou heaps. Im in Rocky so just up the road. The cruise is what I bought myself with the money I saved from not smoking. Well done at 119 days. Massive effort. Congrats.
