200 Days

I am at day 200 at the moment.

In the last 100 days the focus has shifted off of my smoking and onto my overall health. It took me a long time to get into it and I am currently doing pretty well.

I am on a strict diet, exercising 5 days a week and to date have lost 11 kilos. I'm getting fitter every day and I'm working towards a healthy life/image that I've only dreamed of.

This isn't the first time that I've quit smoking, it's not the first time that I've exercised and lost weight, it's not the first time that I've changed my diet. I've tried time and time again and each time I've learnt something about myself and gotten better at it and finally I think now that this will be the time it all comes together.

Well done 200 days is a huge achievement but coupled with losing 11 kilos wow that is almost unbelievable I think it puts you up there with gold medal athletes , no I think anyone who knows how hard you have had to work to achieve such a result, in my mind you deserve a medal but better than gold maybe a platinum. So hugely proud of you. You truly are Inspirational.

So inspiring and I love that you are so honest in saying 'hey, I've been here and done this before but I'm giving it all this time because ive learnt from past attempts'. What a trooper you are. Congrats..

Wow - I'm impressed. You are really letting go of all the bad things. I am slowly trying to lose the weight but it's taking it's time. You have inspired me to be stricter with myself!
