I haven't been on here for awhile but I'm proud to say I am 104 days smoke free. We all now that at the slightest pressure or upset we turn to a smoke but I'm pleased to say that it was far from my mind which surprised a few of my friends. Last Tuesday I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Bit of a shock as I had only just had a mammogram in May. I was sent for an ultra sound for another problem and that's when the mass was found. I am lucky that it has been caught early and maybe radiation might be tried before the knife. So ladies out there PLEASE go for your mammograms. We are strong and as a group we can beat that nasty devil, nicotine.

Thanks Miss Lizzy. I am told I am a strong person yet I smoked for over 40 years. Just goes to show that when your health has issues you have to be strong so that you can beat the problem. All will be well and I will fight this all the way. Thank you again. You are a nice person.
