WOW!!! Day 151

At the beginning of this journey, I thought maybe I will be able to do this at least long enough to enable me to have an operation that the doctor thought I might have to undergo.

Well it turned out that I didn't need the operation and I haven't had a cigarette either.

I know that deep down I'm still a smoker and even one puff I would be smoking full time again, so I take one day at a time.

I don't think about smoking as much as in the beginning and sometimes I really miss it, but that does not mean I will have a smoke.

so to everyone on this journey, hang in there it does get easier, it took me over 100 days to stop spending every moment thinking about smoking

Hi Storm. Congrats on your 151 days and what a relief you do not have to have the operation.

The one day at a time strategy is the only real option and that worked for me too.

Like you I know one cigarette will put me back where I started. ( I puff even )

Well done again and thanks for posting
