still smoke free

OMG I had an appointment with my young son yesterday and this girl walked in and the tobacco smell was disgusting I couldn't believe how strong it was and she wasn't even sitting near me it clouded around her ,it hit me that my kids use to tell me how nice I smelt -not wow I will never let that happen to me again what a huge wake up call . I just got back from having more tests so fingers crossed they show something otherwise I don't know what
