Keep busy

I am 10 weeks smoke free next Monday. I am not overeating thank goodness. I have always just had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing to eat in between. I am sticking to that. If I feel a bit off I have a banana. I am actually at the stage that I no longer think about smokes. I do keep busy with my home and dog plus read, do puzzles and emailing. The main thing that really helped me is that I stopped smoking inside about 12 months ago. Now it's into winter who wants to go outside just for a smoke.

yep I sure don't miss sitting outside in the cold at 3am , when I think about that its totally insane !!
well done on the 10 weeks :)

My partner stopped for a toilet break on a trip away a couple of weeks ago while sitting in the car I seen this lady light up and I watched her from my nice warm car it was freezing outside and windy but she continued to drug drag after drag sucking it in because it was so cold she was trying to suck that nicotine in so she could get back into the car and I thought to myself wow that was me only weeks ago never again nope not 1 puff ever
