Hi Wilson, I know where your coming from I am so sure I didn't feel this bad when I smoked. I am 139 days smoke free and tonight sleep seems impossible, I have had 2 hours but it is now 4am and I have been awake since 1am, need to get up at 5.30 so I am guessing today is going to be very long and my temper short. I will tell myself that I will not smoke today and I will not, I will push through another today and hope tomorrow I feel better. So know you are not on your own and hang in there we can do this

I have quit many addictions and from experience its seems to get worse before it gets better and a lot of it takes place between the ears, adjusting to a new way of life takes a bit of time.

if we don't smoke today we have a better chance of changing how we feel tomorrow if we smoke we have no chance.

Although learning to smoke was quite an effort for anyone succumbing to the habit why oh why didn't anyone warn us about how hard it would be to stop... Why didn't we know it was not just a matter of deciding not to buy that next packet. All the more reason to quit one day at a time and to embrace the highs and the lows.
