Tomorrow be my eight weeks of smoke free. Hopefully i stop using the patches and just see how it goes with out the patches. I don't thing about cigarette it doesn't worry me. All i think about that i can't stand the smell of tobacconist it makes me sick and gives me lightheaded. Now i'm enjoyed reward myself like buying nice clothes n nice shoes and special things for myself. but i'm trying to save money for holiday as well.

Thank you IC. For lovely massage. It's my first day without the patches. So far i'm doing great still not smoking. it's been 56 days.
