Staying strong

Hi everyone hope you are all staying strong I have just reached 12months never thought I would get this far go me so many times I wanted to just have one but I knew what would happen .I actually thought smoking helped with stress it actually made it worse .I have put on weight unfortunately but now it's time to work on that just stay strong don't give up we are stronger than we think so keep going :) :)

Hello to a blast from the past. Congratulations on the huge milestone. Have been there for the ride with you and other "graduates". Me, 385 days and $8008 saved from the ashtray. In the past the excuse for lighting up was due to stress or a need to celebrate... We know better now. We also know that there is a fine line between being smoke free and succumbing to the dreaded habit. Hang in there with the rest of the "group"!

Hi papa....congrats, what an awesome achievement! Yes, smoking sure makes us think differently, like it puts us under its spell. So great to be free and no longer a slave to the trade. Bravo, you should be very proud.
hi papa. congratulation on your 12 month smoke free.... You much been very proud.... Me it's been also 2weeks but i'm getting stronger each day.

it is realy good and helpful to read stories like yours here on this web site. I am just 7 days smoke free and if it was not because of this website I could not stand it for even 7 hours.

Alimoh, welcome to the start of your journey of 7 days of being smoke free.
7 days and many more days to follow.

well done and keep going :)
it is one badass addiction isn't it , so keep fighting the good fight :)
