Never a month
It's been nearly a month since my last cigarette I'm very proud of myself. Tomorrow I'll be going to do some shopping and get my eyebrows waxed and then I'm getting my hair done on the weekend. I can't wait to my new look and feel good. I am so EXCITED!!!!

Well done on the month, that's fantastic. You deserve to treat yourself and a pamper is always a great way to do that. I got my nails done too last week as a well done me. Keep it up, another month of stopping and you can do it all over again.
