Well I took the advice of a few of you smoke free people and found that the sugar-free gum works wonders. I do have the nicobate gum but I think that only made me want a smoke so they are no longer used. The Nicorette 25mg 16 hour patches are the best out of all I have tried. Nicobate gave me nightmares that would have put Stephen Speilbergs movies to shame. I smoked when I was using Quit X. I am now in my 31st day smoke free and my health has improved so much. I still have a slight cough and my throat feels like I have eaten a razor. I am not over eating which is good. My thanks to you all for your support as I couldn't do this without you.

Well done, such brilliant news. Perhaps you could use your nightmares to keep you off them. Write them down, if nothing else you could send them to Mr Spielberg 😁 Try some honey in hot water for your throat, if it doesn't clear up see your doctor. You're doing amazingly, well done.
