Enjoy life
Last night it was a shocker my family member smoke in the toilet and it's was STINKS!!!! I tried to stay away from cigarettes again and it really wants me to have a cigarette. I don't want to go to that dirt filthy habit again. I want to enjoy life. I'm going on holidays to see my friend in queensland and maybe holiday overseas i'm gonna enjoy life i'm not gonna let the cigarette take over my life they're not my friend i'm over. It but i still get little trigger but it doesn't last long.
yes its not easy but worth it and the urge or thought to smoke comes because we have done it that for a long time, but like you said we do not smoke today !!
so well done and yes go enjoy life smoke free :)

I wouldn't be too happy with anyone smoking in my toilet maybe put a sign on the door good luck and remember theyre not your friends
