27th Day Of Poison Free
I am on my 27th day of being smoke 'poison' free. I am wondering if I should even bother counting the days anymore. It is a on/off deal and I plan to be 'poison free' for the rest of my life. And I also plan to begin teaching my 4 year old daughter about the dangers of smoking.

Well done, Samiul, 27 days is fabulous. Why don't you come back when you feel like it and let us know how you're getting on. It's great to see you doing so brilliantly and if you don't feel you need to remind yourself then that's totally your call :)
Almost a month GREAT JOB. My 9 year old Daughter is making sure I don't slip up. I am only at day 12 so she can see it is hard on me, but she reminds me "You are doing it for me Dad".
