Regardless where we are on this quit journey we all have one thing in common. And that is the memories of day 1 being smoke free and experiencing the fear and terror of the unknown and what lay ahead. Will it work or are we just putting off the inevitable and going to relapse and go back to our bad habit?

That is also why we stick together on this site and make regular visits. Regardless of number of days, once a smoker, always a smoker, but we do not have to light up. We just say no to that niggling craving. Always on guard and one day at a time.

Congratulations on 70 days! Well done.

My days are not going too well. Would prefer to post a really positive quit experience.

Some days are diamonds. Some days are awful. Hanging in there. Always a smoker, did not light up in the last month. So that is good.
