Thanks Iwillbeat it, Anne55, Weewillem, Fullofhope, man child & dobbin. Thanks to everyone else I have left out. There are quite a few. Honestly, without your regular input I could never have arrived at day 364 without your support. You know how hard this is. You also know you would like to be part of the 6% of those who get strength from positive input and last the distance. Just can hope myriads of hopefulls last the distance. Mind you, there is no magic number to suggest you have lasted the distance...

Lia - Wow we are posting at the same time. One year for you and thats so cool. We all anonymously are joined in some way. I think that there is a willing spirit among us and somehow collectively we are drawing strength from each other.
Look forward to being at 364, so thanks for inspiring me!

Well done, Lia. It makes me smile so much when I see posts like yours. So amazing and positive. You've given others, like me, your support and encouragement. It makes me think of "Pay it Forward", others have given their support to you, you give yours to us and we, in turn, will give our support and encouragement to others.

yes well done on the 12 months :)
its a big deal !! hang around and keep sharing :)

Congrats Lia 👏🏻 Amazing success 👌 Wish I was at that point myself!! Well Done 👍

This is just an amazing event. One year smoke free. Congratulations!
Going through your own quit you have supported so many people. Just thank you for taking that time whilst you have dealt with the demon. There are some special people - you are one of them that took the time for newbies, as well as many people on this site. Yes, it is like family (except family don't understand the addiction). Only we do.
You and Full of Hope, Storm, I will beat it, Man Child, IC have given me so many bits of encouragement. And information re beating this addiction.
Wonderful positive Community.

One year is an amazing achievement. You should be so proud! Reading posts like yours gives me so much hope x

Congratulations Lia. The one year mark is the ultimate milestone for me (5 months to go). I have this feeling that when I reach it, all will be okay. I hope you have planned to buy something special for yourself. Thanks for your support and your posts and here is to Margaret Thatcher remaining forever silent!
