70 days - getting easier

I made it to 70 days on Saturday. I hardly feel the extreme and prolonged bouts of craving of the first 8 weeks but I have to admit that I noticed my hourly cig break has given way to an hourly snack! Am trying to substitute with lots of water but its tough. Any ideas? Luckily I am exercising 4 times a week so my weight though rising has not ballooned (3kg). Still any ideas?

yeah 3kgs is nothing I would swap that for no smokes any day , I have put on a few more and I was just saying its the lesser of 2 evils for me the food.
I am working on cutting down the sugar now at 56 days smoke free, just one thing at a time for me its sugar drinks, I can let them go pretty easy as I like water, so am starting there and will work on it as I go.
you will know when its time to cut stuff out just trust your body.

Not sure how good coconut water is for you, I know it's quite expensive but as an alternative, it's rather nice. Alternatively try green tea with jasmine or if you prefer cold drinks - freeze some fruit (raspberries/blueberries) then drop them into a glass of water. Nice cold fruity drink.

Am quite partial to a carrot myself - filling, nutritious, very few calories, lots of fibre, you can't go wrong
