Well I have hit my 200 days, which is awesome for me, it has not been easy and like most of you are aware the cravings do not disappear, yet the don't seem to last as long. What keeps me going?....Financially I am $5000 better off and health wise, well we all know the benefits of that. I suppose its a matter of taking each day as it comes and it does get a little bit easier with time. Good luck to all who have attained their goals, keep it up, thinks of the rewards both financially and health.

Reasons not too smoke are infinite. Reasons to smoke? Like you have said, none. Such a simple and obvious decision. Here's hoping the message will be heard loud and clear...

reality is not many people stop but its getting better than it was so there is hope, all we can do is post the truth and hope others get a moment of clarity.

I always wish there were more stayers as some players drop off the radar before we even get to know them... or just when we thing we have... I really appreciate the time people take to try to motivate others as they share their successes and insight and increasing wisdom. As one of the 6% it sometimes gets "lonely" when regulars disappear... It is a reminder to all that this journey is not easy but rather requires a strong will to succeed as opposed to a will that will succumb to a craving and revert to previous tragic habit. I only wish everyone could last the distance.
