Yeah! 11 months smoke free. Margaret Thatcher, the name of my craving, has failed miserably to get me to light up. She has tried unsuccessfully to get me to reward myself as I achieved milestones, not to mention the daily craving. I am on a winning streak after 45 years. Nearly $7000 in my overs tray.

Congratulations Lia!!! And thank you for continuing support of this community.

The posts from those who managed to quit the demon for so long are very inspiring. And I am sure life-saving.

I still do it day by day- could never give the "thing" a name, because it would beat me. Too many excuses.

Just doing it.

Well done and thanks from all of us.

I just wish I could have been such an inspiration to myself decades ago. I am an Australian citizen.
